Do czego będą używane Państwa dane osobowe?

Państwa dane osobowe przetwarzane są w celu nawiązania kontaktu, opracowania ofert, wykonania usług i umów, dokonania transakcji sprzedażowych i zakupowych, zachowania relacji biznesowych, a także w celu przesyłania informacji w rozumieniu ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.

Na jakiej podstawie będziemy przetwarzać Państwa dane osobowe?

Podstawą prawną przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest artykuł 6 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych  w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (RODO).

Czy jest możliwość cofnięcia zgody?

Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, nie jest wymogiem ustawowym lub umownym oraz nie stanowi warunku zawarcia umowy. Cofnięcie zgody jest możliwe na każdym etapie i nie jest to związane  z żadnymi negatywnymi konsekwencjami. Cofnięcia zgody można dokonać w dowolny, wybrany sposób (e-mail, poczta tradycyjna) tak, aby dotarła do wiadomości administratora.

Kiedy i komu możemy przekazać Państwa dane?

Odbiorcą Państwa danych osobowych są pracownicy i współpracownicy oraz partnerzy wspomagający administratora w jego działalności.

 Co mogą Państwo zrobić z przekazanymi nam danymi?

Po wyrażeniu zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, mają Państwo prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do danych osobowych dotyczących Państwa oraz uzyskania ich kopii, a także żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia danych, ograniczenia ich przetwarzania oraz prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania.
Do kiedy Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane?

Do czasu wycofania zgody lub, jeśli dane będą przetwarzane na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego celu administratora – do momentu wniesienia sprzeciwu.
Jakie dane osobowe przetwarzamy?

Przetwarzane kategorie Państwa danych osobowych to dane, które pochodzą bezpośrednio od Państwa (lub zostały przekazane w Państwa imieniu) lub dane osobowe, które zostały zebrane ze źródeł publicznie dostępnych, w szczególności: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, telefon kontaktowy, adres korespondencyjny.

Niezależnie od uprawnień przysługujących powyżej w związku z przetwarzaniem twoich danych osobowych, przysługuje Państwu prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, którym jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (adres: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

THE  INFORMATION CLAUSB ON PERSONAL  DATA PROCESSED IN THE NATIONAL COLLECTION OF REGISTERS, RECORDS  AND LISTS CONCERNING  FOREIGNERS

In accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 20161679 of 27 Aprilż016on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95l46lEC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as Regulation, we inform that:

Providing your personal data is a requirement according  to the provisions of the law regulating your case and is necessary for its consideration.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the article 6, paragraph 1 (both the Regulation for it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator and to implement tasks executed within the public authority entrusted to the administrator or may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

lf your personal data reveal your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or ideological beliefs, trade-union membership or are genetic, biometrics, health, sexuality or sexual orientation data, they will be processed in accordance with the article 9 , paragraph 2 (g), (h), (i), of the Regulation. In accordance with those provisions, the prohibition of processing of the above data does not relate to the processing which:

a) the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party or take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract;

b) Your personal data may be made available exclusively to the entities authorized by law, as well as to entities with whom the Office for Foreigners has entered into an entrustment agreement of the processing of your personal data.

c) Your personal data may be made available to a third country (i.e. outside the European Union) or to international organizations under the terms specified in the law only if these countries and international organizations provide adequate protection and provided that in these countries and international organizations enforceable rights of data subjects and effective legal remedies are in force.

d) You are entitled to access your pefsonal data i.e. the right to obtain confirmation if the administrator processes the data and the information concerning such processing, and furthermore the right to correct data if the data processed by the administrator is incorrect or incomplete, the right to object to the processing of data and the right to limit the processing of data. In the case of the exercise of the right to limit the processing, personal data will be processed in order to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or because of important aspects of public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

e) Your personal data won’t be processed in an automated way. Your personal  data will not be deleted.

f) In the case of finding that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you are entitled to bring a complaint to the supervisory authority, that is to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PUODO).

Ihre personenbezogene Daten werden zum Zwecke der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, der Vertragserfüllung und der Abwicklung des Geschäftsganges sowie Übergabe von kommerziellen Informationen im Sinne des Gesetzes über elektronisch erbrachten Dienstleistungen verarbeitet.

Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist Artikel 6 der Verordnung (EU)Nr des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 27. April 2016 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten und zum freien Datenverkehr und zur Aufhebung der Rechtlinie 95/46/EG (DSGVO).

Recht auf Widerruf der Einwilligung
Die Bereitstellung der personenbezogenen Daten ist freiwillig, es ist keine gesetzliche oder vertragliche Verpflichtung und keine Bedingung zum Vertragsabschluß. Die Einwilligung kann man jederzeit wiederrrufen und es hat keine Konsequenzen. Die Einwilligung kann auf beliebige Weise widerrufen werden (per E-Mail, per Post). Dabei wichtig ist, damit der Verantwortliche oder Datenschutzbeauftragte den Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung erreicht.

Die uns von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, sowie für eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung(Profiling) nicht verwendet.

Sie haben Recht, auf die Dateninhalte und deren Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zuzugreifen sowie einen Widersspruch gegen deren Verarbeitung zu erheben.

Bis wann werden Ihre Daten gespeichert?
Ihre Daten werden so lange gespeichert, wie dies unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen erforderlich ist oder bis Ihre Einwilligung widerrufen wird oder der Widerspruch erhoben wird.

Welche Daten werden verarbeitet?
Kategorien für die Zwecke der Datenverarbeitung sind solche Daten, die Sie uns direkt bereitgestellt haben(oder uns in Ihrem Namen angegeben wurden) oder personenbezogene Daten, die aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen verfügbar sind, nämlich: Vor-und Familienname, E-Mail, Telefon, Postanschrift.
