  1. The Hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day.<\/li>\n
  2. Extension of the hotel day until 2pm (subject to availability) on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the room rate (last night’s price). Late check-out after 18.00 on the day of departure will be charged 100% of the room rate (last night’s rate).<\/li>\n
  3. The hotel takes into account the wishes of extending the stay, as well as requests for early accommodation if possible.<\/li>\n
  4. Breakfasts are served from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 to 9.30. On Sunday from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.<\/li>\n
  5. The basis for accepting a Guest is to provide the receptionist with an identity card or passport.<\/li>\n
  6. Persons who are not checked in cannot stay in the hotel rooms.<\/li>\n
  7. Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should check if the door is locked, and when leaving the Hotel, he should leave the key at the Reception.<\/li>\n
  8. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during their previous stay, causing damage to the property of the hotel or guests, or damage to a third party, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the hotel.<\/li>\n
  9. The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other things and valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.<\/li>\n
  10. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault. The guest should notify the Reception about the damage in order to draw up a damage report. The basis for the Hotel’s claims is Art. 415 of the Civil Code (Polish law). For the devastation of a hotel room with an amount equivalent to the price of renting the room for the period of excluding it from sale, repairing furniture, devices according to the manufacturer’s and service’s price list.<\/li>\n
  11. Price list for damages caused by the Guest:

  12. The guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.<\/li>\n
  13. The hotel is in silence from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. During the quiet hours, people using the Hotel’s services are required to behave in such a way as not to disturb the peace of other Guests.<\/li>\n
  14. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices that are not part of the room equipment in the hotel rooms. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices. It is also forbidden to use open fire.<\/li>\n
  15. Smoking in the entire hotel is prohibited. In the event of any signs of smoking in the room, the Hotel will charge the Guest with a fee for cleaning the room in the amount of PLN 400.<\/li>\n
  16. A fee of PLN 100 is charged for losing a room key.<\/li>\n
  17. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who breaches them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel’s requests, in particular to pay for the damage and destruction caused, and to leave the Hotel premises. In this case, the Hotel will not refund the room price. At the same time, the receptionist is authorized to call the Police authorities to intervene in order.<\/li>\n
  18. Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent back, at their expense, to the address provided. In the absence of an instruction, the Hotel will store the items for a month.<\/li>\n
  19. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them as soon as possible at the Reception, which will enable the Hotel to react immediately or to the e-mail address: hotel@cukropol.pl<\/li>\n
  20. Ensuring your safety is our priority, so we all have to follow certain rules. The regulations are an integral part, the conclusion of which is already made at the time of booking a room, an advance payment. By performing the above-mentioned activities and with a personal signature on the registration card, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the above regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
